Welsh/Opera Workshops at Ysgol Ty Coch

Welsh language at Ysgol Ty Coch is taught through a thematic approach, with a different theme each term. 
Pupils are provided with a range of teaching approaches to enhance knowledge and understanding
i.e. Interactive Whiteboard software, Role play, Audio tapes, puzzles etc.

There is great emphasise placed on speaking and listening in order for pupils to have a good working knowledge of the language.

Mae’r iaith Gymraeg yn Ysgol Ty Coch yn cael ei ddysgu trwy wahanol themau gyda’r thema yn newid ar diwedd pob tymor. Mae disgyblion yn cael ei dysgu trwy sawl wahanol ffyrdd gan cynnwys meddalwedd bwrdd gwyn rhyngweithiol, gweithgareddau chwarae rol, tapiau siarad a gwrando a gemau bwrdd.

Mae sgiliau siarad a gwrando yn benaf wedi cael ei penodi ar gyfer datblygiad er mwyn galluogi disgyblion
i cael defnydd ymarferol or iaith.
