It is that time of year again! Prom Time! This years prom is being hosted by Parc Lane, Special School, Aberdare.
The Leavers annual Prom which will be held on Friday 13th May 2010 at the Tower Hotel and Spa, Swansea. The cost of the ticket is £40 which includes a hot buffet, disco and return transport.

There is a strict dress code for the Prom which is formal wear for men and women, so no jeans or trainers! The theme of this years prom is a “Masked Ball”. We know that £40 is a lot of money, so if you would like to join our saving scheme you are more
than welcome. The students have decided as a class that they wouldlike to pay £2 per week, as a suggestion. If you would like to pay for your ticket by cheque please make it payable to Ysgol Ty Coch.

presented some of the student's from The Leavers with a cheque.

"As a family we were looking forward so much to the Prom and it did not fail us.  I know how hard the leavers worked to get this up and going and all your hard work paid off.  The venue was first class, the food was excellent and the company was outstanding, even the music was good - so nothing to complain about. Everyone appeared to be having a good time I know that we certainly did and looking forward to the next one - REALLY WELL DONE TO EVERYONE WHO TOOK PART IN ORGANISING SUCH A FANTASTIC EVENT"
