Key Stage 2 Autism Pupils in the Autistic Unit are taught according to the principles of the TEACCH programme. Classrooms have areas designated for specific for activities and tasks including life-skills. Pupils are taught according to highly individualised programmes of study but they also have access to the full spectrum of National Curriculum subjects. The pupils in Key Stage 2 also enjoy a variety of activities such as trampolining, visits to the shop and educational trips to St Fagans and Techniquest.
