 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just wanted to say hello to all my old friends and former colleagues at Ty Coch.
I have been special ed teacher at Beeson Elementary school in Dodge City for the last 2 years,
I have had a large class this year with 20 kids mostly LD. I am in the process of completing a Msc
in special education at Fort Hays State University.
My years at Ty Coch were the most wonderful ones of my teaching career,
and pictures from class are on my own class room wall.
I will be visiting with my daughter Mary this July, and I hope to see some of you.
Love,
Cathy
Hi all,
just wanted to let you know how Paris Hughes is doing, you might remember him he is nearly 9 in June, he’s talking nonstop now, doing well in numbers can’t read or write yet but getting there.
It’s just me and Paris now we moved to England and he has recently been diagnosed with ADHD as well as being autistic. Will keep you posted as he was very liked when he was there.
Thanks
Isla Meadows
Thank you very much for your kind phone call to my place of work.
It was a pleasure attending the course and I really enjoyed it.
Thanks again
I would like to thank you for your kind assistance and support in settling Darcie into her new class.
It was a big step for her and no doubt the right step,  She has settled really well and now doing activities that suits her needs.
When I called into the class last week she looked really happy and settled and looked as if she has always been in the class.
Thanks very much again
~ Marie Lewis (Parent)
I think the site is excellent.
It has plenty of information about the many different areas of school life, including all the wellbeing areas.
There's certainly a few ideas I'll be stealing from here :-)  One suggestion I would have, but it's all down to the individual, is that on the navigation list down the side I'd be tempted to have the School Information (with the mission statement, curriculum, etc) underneath the home page, as I think this is possibly what parents would be looking for first.
But I think you have plenty of information showing the way that you care for the pupils' well being with all the afterschool clubs, extra curricular activities, the support programmes you have in place.
You've got tons of stuff going on, and its here for all to see.
A brilliant site.
Well done
~ Marie-Claire (Maesgwyn)
