At Ysgol Ty Coch, we are committed to helping every learner feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Our Behaviour Support Team works closely with pupils, families and staff to understand each learner's individual needs and to promote positive behaviour. We use nurturing, restorative and trauma-informed approaches to help learners develop communication, emotional regulation and social skills, while building positive relationships and self-confidence.

We also have a Behaviour Analyst, Samantha Evans, who provides specialist advice and support. Samantha works alongside staff and families to understand behaviours, identify strategies and develop personalised support plans that enable learners to achieve success both in school and beyond.
